Process of Admissions:

  • Introductory Parent Meeting: Parents must attend a scheduled once a month meeting from 9-10:30 am to receive information of the Montessori Philosophy that is held here at Mt. West Montessori.
  • Submit an Application Form with a $25.00 non-refundable fee. Once your application is submitted and reviewed, we will schedule:
    • Classroom observation and a conference with the school Administrator that should be attended by all interested parties regarding school enrollment. Both parents if possible should attend this meeting.
    • Older children are asked to spend time in the classroom for observation.
    • Meeting with a Montessori classroom guide of the child’s level.
  • After careful consideration, the school will mail out written notice or contact you over the phone if your child has been accepted to Mt. West Montessori School.
  • Once you receive acceptance notice or phone call, parents need to come by the office by the deadline indicated to submit the $50.00 non refundable waiting list deposit, which will be used towards the registration fee once there is a space available.
  • If there is an immediate space available your child will be accepted then and the remainder of the registration fee will be due immediately. We will hold the spot for 3 days ONLY.
