Meal Order Form
Beginning October 31, 2011, LA VIANDA CATERING Service Inc. will be catering
for Mt. West Montessori. Mt. West Montessori welcomes this catering service to provide our
community lunch to parents seeking their professional assistance. LA VIANDA CATERING
Service Inc. is highly recommended and will be working with us with our nutritional needs and portions.
LA VIANDA CATERING Service Inc. has over 10 years of experience in the food and catering business.
Their goal is to cook and provide all clients with a high quality service, taste and nutritional value expectation.
LA VIANDA CATERING Service Inc. has its own nutritional analysis, supervised by a certified
Nutritionist, making sure that the menus created are well balanced and that all the required nutritional values
for our clients needs are met.
LA VIANDA CATERING Service Inc. currently provides services to several private schools, hospitals,
and child or adult day cares, meeting the requirements established by CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program)
and CNP (Child Nutrition Program). All menus are prepared in a way providing a vast variety of foods that the
kids and adults love and enjoy.
Orders will be accepted via telephone at 915-691-7343 and are to be submitted one week prior to the date the
order is due. She will be closing the order service every Thursday. (Ex: if your child is due to bring the
lunch next week, the order must be in one week prior by no later than Thursday) This will allow for the catering
service enough time to prepare and purchase the meals requested. Parents must make sure to review the menus
received and request any orders with sufficient time.
All meals will continue to have a cost of $2.65 per plate. All payments must be submitted in the school office
payable to Janet Rojo at least 2 days prior to scheduled meal delivery.
Payments must be in CASH, MO or PERSONAL CHECK.
Minimum orders will be as follows according to classrooms:
- Infant Community: minimum 30 plates
- Alicia's Span. Children's House: minimum 30 plates
- Gaby's Span. Children's House: minimum 30 plates
- Monica's Eng. Children's House: minimum 30 plates
- Carmen's L. Elem A: minimum 30 plates
- Liliana's L. Elem B: minimum 20 plates
- Karina's U. Elem: minimum 30 plates
- Adolescent Program: minimum 30 plates
